I live in this beautiful one story ranch style home I’m currently trying to rent out one of the spare bedrooms it’s fully furnished all utilities and bills are included with monthly rent I am open to pets but they must be trained to go outside to go to the bathroom As have brand new carpets in all of my bedrooms you just must supply your own food is all that I ask as well as clean up after yourself

Me and my grandmother live in this house she just bought it about five or six months ago she’s looking to have someone move in so they can help out with the bills she’s around 75 years old so she would prefer someone around her age if possible
