Looking to sublet one private bedroom in a two bedroom / one bathroom apartment. The other bedroom is already filled. Rent is $1290 with water and heat included. Power/gas and internet not included (averages about $65 extra a month).

The 6-line subway is LITERALLY on our block - just seconds walk away! Central Park is only 3 blocks away and really close to the conservatory (beautiful spot in spring and summer)!

This blend of Spanish Harlem/Upper East Side neighborhood is amazing and so close to grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Must be dog friendly. My roommate has an adorable, sweet 8-month lab mix named Stevie Nix.

Bedroom is not furnished, but can comfortably fit a full-sized bed and small dresser (Ikea furniture is always ideal and easily fits). The room and apartment gets plenty of sunlight.

Unit was newly renovated last August and includes dishwasher and washer/dryer! Can’t find that in Manhattan! All appliances are brand new.

Graduate students and young professionals preferred, but not a deal breaker. The current occupant is a graduate student as well who loves all things science and improv comedy. She’s amazing and I’m only moving because the boyfriend finally put a ring on it!
