Priest Road

The house is in the Centennial Lakes neighborhood off Hwy 92 > Priest Rd. It is convenient to I-75 & Downtown Acworth and not far from Woodstock, & Kennesaw. The bedroom is on the second floor and is private. The tenant would share a bathroom with my 16-year-old son, so I prefer a male college-aged student. I am willing to accept other interview applicants, though it’s unlikely I would rent to them (I want to be honest). There is a separate sink & two cabinets for the tenant in the bathroom and plenty of closet space (in addition to a closet in the bedroom).

The room does not come with any furniture shown in the photos. It is just for reference on the size of the space & how much furniture it could fit, as that was what was previously in the room. However, my old roommate did leave a queen bed and dresser in there that I could keep in there if you want to use it.

All utilities included - water, electricity, gas, trash, & internet. Plus, a card to use the community pool. Shared spaces downstairs consist of the kitchen & all appliances/dishes, the living room, the screened-in back porch, & a fenced-in backyard. There is a small amount of space in the garage to store a few things. There is also a shared laundry room upstairs, so you are able to use the washer & dryer.

I will consider small pets with additional security deposit.

My son & I keep to ourselves for the most part. He does play trombone and sometimes practices in his room. We also have one cat who is very friendly and loves people.

I also rent a room downstairs to another tenant.
