Tuscany is a sweet place located off 605/Carson, across from the Long Beach Towne Center. There’s a spacious kitchen/dining with a dishwasher, laundry right across the hall, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The room becoming available is the larger of the two, the HUGE master bedroom with attached bathroom. I will take the smaller bedroom with access to the hallway bathroom, so we each get our own.

All utilities are included in price except for electricity., which we can split. Reserved parking is an additional $50.
