This is a duplex that’s 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. 1 room is being used as an office and can be shared! You would have your own room. Its already furnished with a full sized bed and a bookshelf. I can always moved those if you would prefer your own furniture. The room also has a good sized closet. The rest of the home is already furnished (mostly). You would have your own bathroom. It has a shower and a tub! And obviously the living space and kitchen is shared. Washer and dryer included! Fenced yard with a covered patio! Has gas heating and A/C. Gas water heater and stove. Dogs are negotiable! They need to get along well with my dog and not be destructive. No cats please (my dog is terrified of cats and with my experience they are much more destructive).

Its just me and my puppy living here currently. I have a boyfriend who is in the airforce and comes to visit rarely. We’re both chill. Im a nursing student but almost done with school. I’m busy with school most of the time but I like to game when I’m free! 420 friendly, but this is a no smoking property. You are allowed to smoke outside the house and on the back patio, but not around my dog. Absolutely no hard drugs. I’m also LGBTQIA+ friendly and fully vaccinated. I can provide proof!

Looking for a roommate who is clean and consciousness. As a poor college student, I try my best to cut costs where I can with utilities and other things. Also looking for a roommate that is okay with large breed dogs. My dog is a German Shepard. Shes very sweet but can be skiddish around strangers. However, she’s a sweetheart once she warms up to you. You must have a job or other stable source of income to pay the rent and half the utilities (we don’t have to pay for water). Must be able to provide proof of employment and the last 2 paystubs. Bad credit scores are okay! I know shit happens :) Must have the first 2 vaccinations for covid. Booster not required. Proof required.
