One bedroom with private bathroom / shower available at The Preserve in Chino (Ivy Properties). Great and quiet community around the home! Room is furnished with a full size bed. We are currently looking for a tenant who is willing to commit to lease minimum of 6 months with a 12 month maximum stay. $1300 monthly including utilities. Room is currently being used as work at home office but will cleared if leased. Furnished already with a new full size bed with new mattress. Please be aware that background check / credit history and other items will be reviewed for consideration. This is a shared home with the owners and a dog so please inquire only if you are okay with that. House rules and conditions are expected so please keep that in mind. More details provided once signing into lease agreement. We are looking for a tenant who will fulfill their lease obligations on a monthly basis and also be open to some housekeeping duties as well. Amenities such as gym, pool, tennis courts are accessible. Along with kitchen, fridge and living room area with balcony are included for use in home. Public street parking available for vehicles. Angel & Maria - we are new homeowners and new to the Chino area! We both are working full time jobs in the banking industry. Maria works hybrid from home several weeks of the month and I commute to work almost everyday. We are very welcoming people as long as courtesy and respect is mutual. We have a desire to travel more in the future and love music, concerts, fashion, photography and good times! Firm believers in work hard play hard. We are dog parents to a lovely female retriever named Malibu who loves people! We hope to find a tenant that will be suitable for our new home and enjoy it as much as we do!
