One spacious bedroom in a quaint house. I’m helping my mother-in-law list this room. The room includes one Twin XL bed, a large closet, a long desk with chair, a 6-drawer cabinet, and a private restroom with a bathtub. The house has 3 bedrooms, one is used as a library/study. The house is 5 minutes away from Coral Gables, 5 minutes away from the closest Publix, 7 minutes away from the airport, 7 minutes away from I-95 and the turnpike. ALL UTILITIES, WIFI, AND PARKING INCLUDED. Month-to-month and deposit is negotiable.

You’ll be living with a lovely and quiet senior couple. They are very tranquil and not easily bothered. They respect privacy and your private space very much, plus they don’t mind loud noises or occasional house visits.
