Located in the most scenic part of San Jose, Communications hills offers an aerial view of the entire city. Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Renter would get their own room and bathroom. Along with shared access to all other facilities including pool, gym, indoor/underground parking, central heating, in-unit washing and drying units, patio, and kitchen. Note kitchen and carpet has been recently redone. Its a gated community with elevator access from the parking garage to the unit. Close to highways (87 & 85) and shopping places such as Lucky, Costco, Walmart, Oakridge Mall & Century 20 Theaters. 10-15 min away from SJSU and Santa Clara University. Close to VTA and Caltrain. Currently no pets but am open to one “depending”. $1500/m covers everything but internet and electricty (split monthly with me). Currently the room has a bed but it can be further furnished upon request.
