Ashley's room

MUST BE LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY. You would be taking one of the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On street parking with the option for a garage space upon request and additional payment to property management. The shared space would of course be the living room, dining area and kitchen. I will occupy the basement level with my fiancé. You would put an application through to property management, who will approve you based on income, credit score(of at least 630) and background check. I currently have one cat who is very friendly named Korra, and my fiancé will be bringing her even friendlier cat Calsifer within the next year.

I’m a fairly laid back person as is my fiancé. She is currently relocating within the next year, so she is not living at the residence for more than a few weeks at a time right now. We enjoy board games, movie nights and video games(would love to have game nights). I’m partial to hiking and anything outdoors as well. We’re looking for a kind and communicative individual who of course likes animals. Although you wouldn’t be able to bring in a cat or dog, other animals would be fine. The only furniture in the living room is a couch, and I may be moving my tv and tv stand so we can share it.(Along with my netflix and HBO of course.)
