Kayme's room

Unfurnished 2 bed/ 1 bath (bathroom will be shared). Room is big enough to fit a king size bed and more. Comes with a walkin closet that has a washer and dryer inside of it. You have access to every room except the second bedroom. You can decorate it however you like as long as it is renter friendly. Includes ring doorbell, 24/7 access to gym of property, all utilities included in rent, gate card and optional parking spot.

I currently use the second bedroom as a workspace so I would only be here during the day time to work. Since the restroom is shared I have hired a cleaning crew to come once a week to clean the common areas (living, dining, kitchen and restroom)
