Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to fill in a master bedroom. Has it’s own renovated Full bathroom. New vinyl flooring. Approximately 12ftx14ft space. High speed internet included. Access to living spaces including full kitchen spacious backyard, living room and washer/dryer. $1100 for the master. Security deposit $400 . Small cats allowed with a $250 security deposit. No dogs. Location is about 5 minutes from Camp Pendleton. 5 minutes away from a shopping center and less than 10 minutes away from Walmart. 15-20 from the beach. Thank you for your time.

I’m currently a college student so during the week I’m usually just in my room or out of the house. I’m a chill guy. Only time you would see me is at night or on the weekends. I have a cat named mochi but I keep her in my room. I also have a Shepard but he only stays in the backyard.
