Emily's room

Looking for a perfect professional to move in with! I have a private room available in a four-bedroom house located near the intersection of 183 and Manor close to Mueller. Room includes decent sized closet with a few built-ins. Bathroom is shared with one other person (female and maybe the occasional guest). House has been thoroughly renovated with a large backyard. Plenty of parking on a quiet street. House has a washer and dryer, too.

My sister is the second occupant besides myself. The bathroom will be shared between you and her. Pic of us included! The fourth room won’t be occupied as I use it as my office. There will only be three occupants (including you!). FYI - Rental amount varies for a term less than six months.

No other pets, unfortunately. I have two very friendly cats, Sock and Shoes (pic included). They are 13 and love people but not so much other animals. I add a flat rate of $100 to the rent to cover all utilities (including fiber) so total cost per month will be $1100 ($1000 rent plus $100 for utilities).

I work from home 2-3 days a week. I like to cook and enjoy having friends over for games and wine nights! I don’t mind going out and I don’t bring the party home afterwards. I would appreciate the same from any roomie!
