The home features a vivant solar package locked in at low rates and a whole house water filtration an UV sanitation system. The room is pre-wired with data ports. Kitchen can be accessed but limited to very light cooking. Washer and dryer can be shared to use if needed.

Full-time working husband and wife enjoy life in this beautiful house. We are friendly, nice, simple and very clean couple. No kids. No pets.
