Greetings, We have a large furnished one bedroom in the top floor available for rent. Attached is a shared bathroom that will be available for you and just one other person. We are looking for a quiet, clean, professional or student to rent the room to for $950 per month. Internet and utilities are included in the price. Security and first month rent are needed to secure the room.

It is the ideal location. The house is located less than five minutes walking distance from the Rockville Metro and 3 buses pass in front the house. Parking space is available in our driveway and in front of the property. If you are looking for a place to party every weekend, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a great space to live, stress free, you are welcome. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Needs to be COVID vaccinated.

We are an interracial couple who just purchased the property and are open to culture and love to travel and nature.
