Monica's room

Looking for a roommate to occupy our 3rd bedroom. It currently has a full-size bed, but if you wish to bring your own furniture that is fine. We have a 4yr old and a newborn baby so we prefer someone who is ok with kids being in the home. Must be ok with loud music playing sometimes, as we own a recording studio in our basement and the sound travels upstairs. You will have access to the kitchen and appliances, but not living room.

Absolutely no guests allowed.

Driveway parking. No pets. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and tennis court.

All utilities and WiFi is included in price!
