Caroline's room

A shared room in a two bedroom apartment located in Los Alamitos near many shops and restaurants! The rest of the apartment is completely furnished, and comes with your own parking spot for no additional cost. Hardwood floors, and located on the second floor of a gated duplex. Only additional bill is electric (usually around $30 each), property management covers water bill, and Karlee pays for wifi. TV in living room is communal, comes with all mainstream streaming services. Living room and kitchen is fully furnished with new stove and refrigerator. Looking for someone that is willing to commit to AT LEAST one year.

Roomies are Caroline and Karlee, but renter will be sharing the master bedroom with Caroline! Caroline is a super sweet, vegetarian, and tidy plant mom who currently works as a barista and has a boy cat named Louie. Karlee is a vegan and is currently is obtaining her masters degree, and has her small emotional support dog Frankie, and they share the small room. Roommate must be LGBTQ+ friendly, everyone in the apartment including the dog is gay. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and communicative and who is looking to move in as soon as possible.
