This beautiful apartment has floor to ceiling windows in each room, an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, huge double door closets in each bedroom, comes furnished, and there is a huge private patio space right outside the living rooms doors, as well as a public roof deck. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. The private bedroom for rent has a balcony and can fit any size bed with plenty of extra space left over! There are currently two friend-welcoming female roommates, in their 20s, looking for a third to sublease until at least May 25th 2022, but you can always resign if you plan to stay longer. The apartment is right next to the Myrtle Ave JMZ station, and is only about a 20 minute subway ride to get to Manhattan.

There are two sweet, compassionate, friend-welcoming, 21 year old females living in this 3 bedroom apartment. They are looking for a third roomie! They always keep the apartment spick and span, which is saying a lot because I have OCD LOL!
