Hey guys!

I’m looking for a cool person to share space with. I love the idea of communal living and intentional communities. I have my own stuff going on but it would be fun to have someone around to have a good conversation with while we cook, watch some TV or sometimes go for drinks. I’ve got a sweet 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Kitchen and living room are furnished but you’d need bedroom furniture. There’s a pool, gym and 2 parking spaces so pretty much everything you need.

I’m pretty much a go with the flow type of person. I’m clean but not perfectly. Im down to watch whatever sci-fi/fantasy shows I can find. Dr who is my boy. To describe myself, in the most boring but potentially helpful way, I’m a 34 year old queer female writer. It’s probably good to add that I work from home and have a super cute 4lb Chihuahua who loves everyone. Probably looking for female 30-40ish who enjoys life, looking for new friends and wants a comfy home.
