Phillips Street

Hello! I have a really cute apartment in Beacon Hill that I am looking to renew the lease on. My current roommate is moving home so I am looking for one female roommate. The apartment has lots of light and the kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. Hardwood floors throughout and the heat and water are included in the rent. We pay electricity but it is usually under $15 a person. The building is well maintained by a management group and the neighborhood is amazing! The streets are quaint and the houses are gorgeous. Beacon Hill is an amazing place to be. I am a 23 year old young professional that is neat and likes the space to be too. Dishes get loaded in the dishwasher and cleaning is important to keeping everyone happy in the space! Ideally would love someone that would like to be social to grab drinks or hit a spin class with.
