South Del Dios Road

No longer available We’re looking for a single person to live in the 3rd bedroom of our 3-bedroom x 2-bathroom second floor apartment. There is currently 2 people and one very old labradoodle that live here.

The room is fully furnished with a desk, nightstand, and full bed. It’s at the beginning of the hall closest to the dining room. The room comes with a large, mirrored closet, shared bathroom, full kitchen access, 2 assigned parking spaces, and plenty of street parking. On site laundry close to the unit. Our only utilities are Wi-Fi and electricity, which totals to less than $100 in winter and $150 in the summer for 2 people. It may be more with an extra body in the apartment because the unit has central AC. Both bills are due before the 26th.

The complex has access to both the 15 and 78 freeway, it is centrally located near 4 shopping plazas. The complex is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Escondido. There is also a small pool on the property. I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP, preferably by July 1st.

Lucia: I am tidy, but I don’t mind a lived-in space. Don’t get it twisted though I don’t do messy. I’m very easy going and very easy to talk to if there are ever any issues. I’m always willing to lend a hand or ear if you need it. I work full time Monday-Friday and travel for work occasionally. I enjoy cooking and watching crappy reality TV because breathing is expensive. I also love EDM and live music, so I might go to a show on the weekends. I paint in my spare time and workout when my hormones let me. I clean up after myself in the kitchen, so I expect the same curtesy. I’m a bit of a home body but I’m only home at night. My room is in the farthest corner of the house, so I don’t mind noise, loud music or loud guests. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with me. It is pink atm so if you’d like to redecorate, I’m more than happy to do that. I’ve wanted to change up the color scheme. I do have a boyfriend who visits once or twice a week depending on our schedules. I’ve also lived in this apartment for 3+ years.

Danielle: I’m a silly goofy girl. My hobby is making jewelry and occasionally baking. I also go out clubbing semi-regularly on the weekends. This is totally an EDM household. I’m a really big homebody, so I’m usually in my room, or in the living room watching TV. I really enjoy making fun cocktails (current fav is an espresso martini) The dog is mine. He’s a 16 y/o 90lbs labradoodle. I love him deeply and expect whoever else lives here to love him as well. He’s a gentle giant with quite the personality. I’m a pretty loud person. I talk to myself quite a lot and unconsciously make sound effects with most of my actions. I come with a lot of sass and sarcasm, but it all comes from a good place :) Because I spend so much time at home, it’s important to me that I get along well with my roomie. Ideally, I would like to become close friends more than people that simply live together. Must be a healthy communicator. And I’ve lived here for over a year. We are the bat and golden retriever duo.
