Lewis's room

There is currently one room available. It is 800/month all inclusive. There will be shared common areas such as the kitchen, living rooms, and laundry room. I am only look to rent to a single person. There are current ever going to be 2 rooms occupied so you will have to get along with two others. Here are some of my requirements:

• Clean
• Employed
• Proof of income
• Credit Score
• 2 References (1 from work and 1 from previous landlord)
• Able to get a long with other people
• Meet in person in a public place

The person who currently lives here works in a office and the other in pharmaceuticals. I am looking for someone who can keep clean and also get along with others.
