Free parking, washer/dryer in-unit, and a community gym and pool. It’s a SUPER quiet neighborhood, with a park nearby and plenty of green areas. Located just steps from from the Rockville Trader Joes. Aldi/Safeway/Federal Plaza/Congressional Plaza/Pike+Rose all within a mile.
About the roomies
I work nearby in Rockville, hybrid from home and in the office. I keep to myself mostly - but always down to visit local areas or watch a sports game. The other roommate lives in Chicago and alternates time between there are here - not around often.
We rarely have people over - maybe once or twice for a birthday party.
