We are a 34 year old female and a 24 year old male living in the Jackson Fondren area. We are a short walk from downtown Fondren, which is full of a variety of local dining, music, and block parties. Fondren has a dedicated neighborhood watch program. We also have home security and renters insurance. There will be open space for some furnishings. Art and decorations to add are more than welcome. $400 a month for rent - which includes basic utilities only and all other expenses will be split between all $250 deposit LGBTQ friendly 420 friendly Pet friendly - there is one dog and one cat living here already. No children - of ALL ages Interview required
