Speckle Way

Hello! We have a gorgeous remodeled home with a unfurnished single bedroom and shared bathroom available for rent. There are currently 2 males and 1 female living here as well as 1 large dog. We are all quite and respectful of each other and have movie nights once and a while and all hang out. We all work, schedules vary for all of us from Sunday thru Saturday. Home has a large backyard with grass, cement patio and BBQ, access to the kitchen and has a washer and dryer for your usage available. We do request that no more pets be brought into the home, and I am sorry if that is an inconvenience. We are looking for either a male or female, no couples please for this room. We have a rental lease contract through Invitation Homes and if you are the perfect fit, there will be a rental agreement that needs to be filled out with them, (costs $45) in which they will confirm your income to live here with us and of course do a small back-ground & credit check. (minimum credit score they will accept is 580) Sorry for the long post, but we feel the more information you know, the easier in finding the perfect addition to our home! Thank You!
