This is an amazing 1,200sq ft 2bed/2bath apartment on 6th st and Hollister, right in the heart of Ocean Park. The place is newly remodeled with modern bathrooms and kitchen, while also having character and charm.

Location and walkability is everything and why I signed immediately after viewing! It’s a 5 min walk to the best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on Main St, and an 8 min walk to the beach.

DETAILS: The living room / main area is BIG, and the kitchen is modern and spacious. The apartment complex has a nice shared courtyard filled with trees, plants and a fountain. The available bedroom is large and comfortably fits a queen sized bed, dresser, and desk. There is a walk in closet with a mirror sliding door. This room gets the most natural light in the apt. The bathroom is also large and modern. The furniture in the photos is from the old tenants, the bedroom won’t come furnished.

There is 1 parking spot that I will be using most of the time, but there is lots of easily available street parking that I’ve had no issue finding.

I’m 26 and moved to LA this past summer – I’ve loved exploring all it has to offer! I work in the tv/film industry and am currently split between working from home and working from the office. A typical weekend for me is a hike or the beach with friends, trying new restaurants and bars, and doing something creative or arts related.

I’ve had lots of roommates in my life, and think it’s always more fun to be friends - so if you’re down to hang and co-host an occasional dinner or wine night that’s a plus!
