Room and private bathroom a block from the beach!!! There is also a park across the street, Harris Teeter is in walking distance as is a cute cafe. You’ll have your own bathroom upstairs and there is a shared half bath downstairs. The home is updated with all brand new fixtures and stainless steel appliances!
Low shed/hypoallergenic dogs are okay with me! Pet rent of $25/mo applies.
Qualifications; Credit score of 600+ Gross income of 3x the monthly rent. Excellent rental history and good references. Background check and credit check are required

Hi there! I’m Shannon. I’m a 25 year old business woman who enjoys beach time, reading, hikes, and chill board game nights. I’m not a neat freak but I like to keep the house pretty clean and organized. I work 8:30-5 M-F and am usually pretty busy on weekends so you’ll have the house to yourself a lot but I would still love to have a roommate that would be down to hangout from time to time.
