$700 upfront to move in available room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. one downstairs and one upstairs on the main floor. There’s a fenced-in backyard! We have fires in the summertime & like to occasionally grill-out. I have a Puppy myself, he’s a basset hound mixed with a beagle. I keep my house clean, I won’t live in a messy house! The living room is reserved for movie nights and occasional Netflix Binges. My home is protected with blink security, so you can rest assured our home will always be protected and secure! There’s a 1 car garage, a 2 car driveway and on street parking available. Located in a nice suburban area of Delhi-Township. Our neighbors are nice, quiet and quick to have our backs if anything goes south. There’s a Kroger down the road from us along with plenty of fast food stores and hardware stores. Walmart is about 7 minutes away. Located only 9 minutes off the US 50 West River Road exit and only 24 to 30 minutes away from Hebron or Florence.
