Furnished or unfurnished apartment studio in the basement in a single family home. It has its own private entry ( through garage) and hallway. It is 1 occupant only. No animals. No smoking. During the night my cat will sleep in the garage though. Culdesac Street parking or driveway for an extra 50$.

Great location ( close to everything (Kroger, Target, Publix, HD, Lowes, Banks etc…) incl Battlefield and close by silver comet trails). Great and quiet neighborhood. House sits on a pond. I am looking for a quiet, responsible person that doesn’t cook too much. Non smoking inside or outside property. No drugs. At 8pm, pls no loud noise . Room has its own small kitchennette and washer/dryer center.
