About the room
First of all I Have 3-Indoor Kitties, 3 years old, So You Cannot Bring Cats, Dogs, or Any Animal to Stay in Room. This is a Non-Smoking Inside and Outside Home So If Your a Smoker Do Not Apply for my Room!!!! Also NO SleepOvers- This is a One Person Rental.. You Need to be Fully Vaccinated and Let Me take a Picture of Your Card. If You Only had One Shot so far You must Wear a Mask Inside the House at all Times.
Your Room and Bathroom Area is on one side of the House. The bedroom area is completely furnished with a Full Size New Mattress Bed, a Desk with Chair, a Chest of Drawers, a Nice Size Closet, a Storage Cube, and a Nightstand with Lamp that has a Phone or a PC Charger, a Ceiling Fan w/lights. All your Sheets, Blankets, Towels, Toilet Tissue, Kleenex, Hand Soap, Cups to Gargle or Rinse, and other things. Your Bathroom is Shared with my Guests, My Bathroom is a Disabled Bathroom and it’s Set Up for One. We will Share the Rest of the House, In the Living Room there is the Only TV in the House, so if you have one bring it, If you want Cable , You will have to Pay and put it in Your Name for the Box thru Infinity…Otherwise if you wanna run off the Waves in the Sky, I have a Set Up for that, You must Pay in Cash (one time)$10.00 for the Time of Your Stay, and if You Take it, You Won’t get Your Security Deposit Back!!!!!
We will Share the Washer and Dryer, I have Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener, and Dryer Sheets. We will Share the Kitchen, Pantry, and Cupboards, plus Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Pots, Pans, etc.I have a Fridge and also a Separate Freezer (inside the house).There is a Dining Room Table, a Computer and a Copier. Plenty of Copier Paper. I have No Storage Area, Saving up for a Shed. But there are Storage Places all around me, if you need Storage.
My home has a Security System Inside, and Security Cameras All around the Front and Back Yard. Right Outside Your Room there is a Patio with Table and Chair and also One Lawn Chair. I’m not a Sun Person. Also Outside There is a BBQ grill.
About the roomies
This Home is Owned by Me, Linda Hopkins. I Have Had Two Phyzer Shots so far and have 4 more Months to go for My Booster… I have been in this Home for almost 18 years and I moved from South Florida after My Husband Died in Iraq. I’m 60+ years old. My Home is a 2bed/2bath Home with No Basement, Central Air and Heat. I have a 3 ton Air Humidifier in my Attic, and That is Why I Don’t Allow Smokers, I’m Allergic to Smoke, I Break Out Badly with Welts and I Itch So Much.
Sometimes I Rent Out My Driveway to a Tiny House or a 5th Wheel. I usually have them around Christmas Time because Going to a Travel Park it costs allot, and Some Sites don’t want you to sleep there. So they Like my Rates with Water and Electricity. Haven’t Heard from anyone yet.
