All the pics are from when we moved in, but the apartment is furnished now! You will have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other person. We have a washer/dryer in unit, balcony, dishwasher, living room, dining room, and lots of closet space. The property is great, with a pool, gym, package room, gated community, and parking. It’s a luxury apartment complex called Waterford Cherry Creek. There is a couple living in the master bedroom and one guy in the other bedroom (which is why rent is so cheap). It’s a steal because you get a safe community with lots of amenities for an affordable price! I move out on Dec 10, so the apartment will be open by January or sooner if you need it. The remainder of the lease starting in January will be 7 months, no need to pay security deposit.

This listing is for my roommates, they do smoke so we are okay with weed smoke, they like music, watching movies. They have a really cute small dog too. We are all in our 20s.
