MJ's room

We have a 3-story, 6-bedroom, 5-bath house and we were looking for responsible tenant. The room will be move-in ready for whom is interested. Room available are large size with attached personal full bathroom (ensuite). Tenant will be the only one on the first floor. We are located in an upscale gated community on a golf course with walking distance to the driving range, putting green and pro shop. Minutes away from 4 shopping centers including Otay Ranch Shopping Mall. All other details and any other inquiries will be discussed at the time of the interview.

Move-in day: Security Deposit (one months rent) and first months rent + utilities (utilities flat rate $200) Rent is due at the beginning of every month.

Furnished OPTIONAL: Queen-size bed & two dressers for $100/month.

We are super chill, very easy-going fun people! House is quite large where everyone has their own space and never feels crammed. We get stuff done during the week and like to enjoy our weekends!
