The unit itself has Washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer. All utilities are included to the monthly bill. My lease is about to be up on July of this year. You may extend it for longer contract after or switch to a smaller room but doubt you will, you will really like this room.

Currently have 2 other roommates, they are 20 and 21 years old. They attend Dixie University or work full time. One of the roommates owns a sweet Blue heeler dog. They are quiet and we respect each others boundaries. We keep the place well cleaned and we take turns cleaning the apartment.
