Looking to fill the third bedroom in a very nice 4-bedroom house, located just 6 mins from NAS Whidbey Island or downtown Oak Harbor. It’s in a very sought-after neighborhood with plenty of storage, two car garage, extra parking, a nice yard, and friendly neighbors. You will not find a nicer home to rent!!! The house is an open-concept, modern, two-story house (HGTV would be proud). The bedroom for rent is large enough to fit a king-size bed, has a decent walk-in closet, and is just feet away from a shared bathroom. There is also an extra living area (TV, Gaming, Lounge) down the hall from the room. More storage in the garage and the spare bedroom (4th Room) for overflow if needed. Parking is never a problem. Two Mid-Twenties easy-going Military guys that are very clean, courteous, and respect one’s privacy. We are fine with throwing back beers and having a BBQ on the weekends but also enjoy just chilling as well. We are open to renting the 4th room to reduce the cost if that is what we all want to do. The homeowner/Roommate is moving out, so most of the furniture in the photos will be going. The common areas must be kept clean but what happens in your room is your business.
