Sara's room

The house is in such a nice neighborhood, everyone is super friendly, there’s parks and lots of walking trails. I technically have 2 open rooms, so if you have a friend the rent will go down and you would share a bathroom. Just thought it would be easier to post about 1 room, and see if I could find friends instead of two strangers :) The 2 rooms are on the smaller size, but can definitely fit a queen size bed and a dresser. There’s a garage for storage/car, lots of street parking. Small fenced in backyard. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen, both great size.

I am a 24 year old working female, with a very friendly kitty. I am perfectly content with staying home and chilling, but I also love to go out and explore and do new things. I go to work early, so I go to bed early-ish and would like someone who can be respectful and quiet during the week. Also, someone who likes to have a clean house and does their equal share of house work. Those are my main concerns, other than that I am pretty easy going.
