Willie's room

We’re looking to fill our spare bedroom in our fully furnished and personalized apartment (apart from your bedroom). This will be a private bedroom and bathroom in our 2bd/2ba apartment in Los Olivos Village by the Irvine Spectrum. 12’x11’ unfurnished bedroom with your unattached bathroom.

Quiet, safe neighborhood right by all the things you may need: Irvine Spectrum, Whole Foods, eateries, walking & biking paths, and more! Shared common area (kitchen/living area). Washer/dryer in unit! Google Fiber! Great amenities like multiple pools, gym, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball sand court, food trucks, movies on the lawn, and more!

Rent is $1650 plus utilities ($50-90 per month, depending on the season) Must apply and qualify through Irvine Company application process.*

We are 23 and 26, full time workers with two lovely dogs - a Chihuahua Dachshund and Staffordshire Bull Terrier. One of us works from home and the other commutes. When we’re all home, we enjoy cooking, listening to music, hanging with the dogs, and watching TV. You’ll usually find us in the living room with the dogs having a snack with something on. We are non-smoking, outdoor 4/20 friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly, enjoy having the occasional dinner guest or two, and are overall pretty low key.
