Lucy's room

Two bedroom apartment near Eastlake with an updated kitchen, skylight, and lots of natural light. The apartment has a beautiful view of the water. It’s always exciting to see boats go by and people on the water having a great time! The shared areas are fully furnished and clean, washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. There’s a yard area that’s shared with one other unit as well as the landlord.

The location is near UW and has easy access to public transit. The building only has two apartments, I see the landlord and the downstairs neighbors regularly. Walking my dog around the neighborhood I get to see familiar faces and get to know who all the neighbors are. It’s only a 10 minute drive to Fremont, Capitol Hill, or downtown although I take the bus often for ease (and it only adds 5 to 10 minutes to the trip). There’re many local amenities in Eastlake area and I think it’s a great place to live.

It’s just me (24F) and my golden retriever living in the space. He’s 10 months old and very friendly! Loves people and other dogs, not sure how he’ll do around cats but I’m sure he’ll love company.

I work from home as of now, but hope to start going into the office in the new year. I enjoy cooking (vegan), exploring the city with my puppy, playing soccer, and recently started bouldering. I don’t smoke, but drink occasionally in social settings or when I go out to bars on the weekend.
