We have curtains & curtain rods already purchased for the windows, which will be installed. This room gets the most light of any New York City apartment!! Wow your friends.

Rent is $850/mo, or $1000/mo for a couple. (Room is huge, perfect for a couple) Utilities are usually around $50 each but do vary depending on the usage. Apartment has a living room and a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and gas stove. Two sky lights, which are totally awesome during a nighttime thunderstorm. A lot of space. Leave your claustrophobic New York closet.

Apartment is right outside of the subway. C train is on the same block, J and 3 or 4 trains are within 5 blocks. There’s a Dominos within walking distances ($7 take out pizza is life), as well as several nearby bodegas, two grocery stores, and a laundry mat right around the corner.

We have the friendliest resident cat and are open to accepting a second cat. As for the two current residents, we are both queer, GNC, and friends, so would prefer someone who’s okay with that! We’re a quiet household, so no loud drunken parties or blasting music, especially at late hours. We do a lot of cooking and baking and will always extend an invitation to eat with us. We have weekly chores and expect you to be able to clean and pick up after yourself.

Sublet until June 15, but there will be an option to sign onto the lease if you would like!
