11th Avenue West

This house was renovated before I moved in here in April 2021. The house was listed at 1000sq ft, all new appliances, the shower is way too fancy but I love it (ask for more details if curious), there is an unfenced backyard area where I have a table and some chairs set up. Washer and dryer are in the backyard. The spare room was my office but I’m cleaning out that room to make room for you! I have my FL Medical Marijuana card so this is a cannabis-friendy house. *Previous roommate is still moving their stuff out so the dining room is currently cluttered but I’ve been clearing it out since the photos were taken. *I prefer to room with females about my age 21-31yo but reach out anyway. :)

Its just me, my two cats, and my puppy. Both cats are 2yrs old and the puppy is 17wks old. (I train him and he is a sweetie. Not aggressive.) If you don’t like animals, I recommend looking elsewhere. 😊
