I’m looking for someone to share my contemporary dual master bedroom apartment at Avalon Vista. It’s a 2b2.5b duplex that is roughly 1250 sqft.

It’s a beyond great complex, please look them up “Avalon Vista” and read through their reviews.

The complex is a 2 min drive to the 78 and is a walking distance to Vista Farmer’s Market, Ohana Hawaiian BBQ, Thai One On, and Pho-Ever.

The community is gated so safety is never a concern.

The apartment comes with a tech package that includes keyless entry (phone activated) so you never have to worry about having a physical key.

I already covered the deposit so you don’t need to worry about that. Your rent will be prorated to your move-in.

A bit about myself (will be your only roommate)…

I was born and raised in NYC. I’m 28 and I work in Electronics Maintenance for the Marine Corps as a Program Manager.

I’m beyond clean and organized and everyone that knows me can vouch for that 🙏🏽

I’m past my partying days so you don’t need to worry about me disturbing the peace. Don’t let that discourage you from throwing your own parties for family/friends as long as they don’t destroy the place lmao!

We definitely don’t need to be besties but a dinner every now and then would be great so we don’t feel like complete strangers 🥺

I’m completely fine with overnight guests as I have my own occasional overnight guests as well.

Idc if you WFH, I know a lot of posts discriminate against that but if that’s the case then good for you (everyone is just jealous that you don’t have to waste time, money, and energy on commuting and getting ready).

Ideally I want someone fairly close to my age that is clean and courteous and pays their rent on time. Also, no pets is a big plus 🤭 and no children 🤭
