About the room
Roommate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace his private bedroom and bathroom (bathroom is not shared but is exposed to living room area). There’s a pool, fitness center, dance studio, on-site laundry, nice lobby area (all have wifi access), storage options, underground garage parking (tandem); the unit itself is 2BR2BA and the vacant room is 11 x 11.5ft with a 5 x 5.5ft walk in closet. Living area floors are a beautiful hardwood linoleum (same as stock photo) and rooms are carpet.
About me: I’m 25, M, working professional in Software Dev. so I work a ~9-5 with pretty flexible hours that allow me to work from home occasionally. I come with 2 cats, which meets the limit in the unit so I unfortunately can’t entertain any more cats, but may be allowed to add a single dog if they can get along (I think the dog needs to be interviewed [??]).
