Patty's room

This is a two-story, three-bedroom home with a front and back enclosed yard. The room for rent is $1,000 and is very spacious (10ft x 10ft) with a large closet (6ft x 2.5ft) and laminate wood floors overlooking neighbor’s house. We will share two available bathrooms; one full bath with tub & dual sink is upstairs, and a powder room downstairs. You will have your own private sink area with drawers.

We will share common living areas, kitchen, laundry, dining room, & living room. You will have a dedicated kitchen cabinet space to store your dry kitchen goods, and we will share the refrigerator and cooking utensils if needed.

This is a quiet area surrounded by industrial properties, which are nearby shops, public transportation (71, 104, 171, & 175 Bus + more), Willow Blue Line Train station, Recreational Parks, Long Beach City College Campus, California State University of Long Beach, Long Beach Airport, Airman Flight School, Signal Hill walking Trails for exercise, and 2 miles away from the Beach (Long Beach).

Guests We understand you may have family or friends visit you on a sporadic basis; hence they are welcome; Sleepovers are allowed; give us a heads up, and we will do the same. We are adults; therefore, you will be treated like one. We are not loud but very calm and respectful individuals. Therefore, be mindful of that when your company is visiting as well.

We are an engaged couple who are both University Students and work part-time. (Patty’s work background is involved in Human Resources, whereas Greg’s is in Cyber Security, our third roommate is a High School Teacher. (Feel free to find us on LinkedIn). Again, we live in a three-bedroom townhome, and this ad is to rent one of the bedrooms. We are very extroverted individuals who get along with everyone and occasionally enjoy a Bar-B-Q with a cocktail.

We have three short-haired dogs & a cat who get along great with each other and are well-behaved. Our dogs have undergone 1st and 2nd tier training, and crate trained; nonetheless, our dogs get excited with new guests, which is typical dog behavior.

We are very clean and organized and maintain a free-drama lifestyle. We are looking for a like-minded person to share our home with. We do not smoke or do drugs; hence, the person living with us MUST be clean, Smoke-Free, and Drug-Free since it is a Smoke-Free home.
