This is a private bedroom with a private bathroom with some extra storage space. It is an unfurnished room which will allow you to customize it how you like.

The house is located in Fox Canyon. It is Located right near the I-805 and I-15 freeway making it also extremely accessible for commuting! Street parking only but there is always parking in front of the house.

14 minutes away from San Diego Airport 9 minutes away from San Diego State University 20 minutes away from UCSD 13 minutes away from Downtown San Diego

You will have access to the shared living spaces (living/dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer is inside the home).

Utilities and wifi are not included and no additional pets are allowed.

Will do a phone screening prior.

I like to maintain an active lifestyle .

You will currently share this home with myself, my cat, and another roommate.
