Monthly rent includes utilities, wi-fi, and streaming box that allows you to login to apps (no cable TV). Lease will be month-to-month with a 30 day notice if you need to move. $350 deposit will be refunded upon move-out considering room is clean and no damages are found.

Like most homes in Seattle, the house does not have A/C, but there is a ceiling fan, and window. It stays fairly cool on the lower level where the room is located. My room is located on the floor above, so your room and bathroom would be fully private on its own floor.

Easy to get to any neighborhood around Seattle! It’s 10 minutes to Green Lake, 15 minutes to Ballard and Golden Gardens, 20 minutes to downtown and Capitol Hill. There’s also a bus stop right down the street. Carkeek park is right down the street, and offers great trails to explore, which leads down to a beach area on the water.

I’m a full-time student in my early 30s. Most of my time will be spent studying. I have two pups that are house trained. Looking to rent to someone that works day shift, and is respectful of keeping common areas tidy. I keep busy by delivering for Instacart part-time, occasionally pet sitting, going to school full-time, and relaxing when I’m at home. Fully vaccinated.
