Recently updated fully furnished secondary master suite available with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom is private towards the back of the house on second floor with no shared bedroom walls. Looking for an individual non-smoking clean responsible female. All utilities, internet, private fridge, kitchen cupboard space, and parking space are included. The first floor includes the common spaces for shared use. Looking for month to month or longer contracts with no kids or pets. Unfortunately unannounced or overnight visitors are not permitted as they are towed overnight by the HOA if without an HOA sticker.

Professional responsible non-smoking couple. We have two cats and keep our home clean. Our master bedroom is on the third floor and we only use the second floor for a library and spare room. We maintain a security system and are very respectful. We desire only one female roommate for the secondary master suite. There will no other roommates during your lease.
