In a Shared 5100 sqft Community House, this room has full access to the common areas of the house. The home was custom built in 2007. Room can be furnished if needed, at an extra cost

Common area flooring is Tile, Stone, or Wood. High-Speed Internet, Free washer/dryer. This is a Beautiful Luxury House, with many quality features. Great back yard space. We have free off street parking.
LEASE REQUIREMENTS
- Lease Duration: 9, 12 months +/-
- Credit Score: 715+
- Income must be 3x times the rental amount
- Must have 2 years in current occupation
- No Bankruptcies, Collections, or Evictions in last 5 years (or as per City/State guidelines, for Corona Virus)
- Must meet all current Housemates to make sure you are a good fit and everyone gets along, and you are approved.
- 1st Month’s Rent $995 + Security Damage Deposit $995 (No last month’s rent)
- Utilities are extra monthly $125 - Water/Sewer/Garbage + Electric + Gas Heat + High Speed Internet
- Must personally view interior/exterior of house before submitting an application. We don’t rent rooms, unless they are viewed personally by the applicant.
- Must have Lawful Verifiable Income, that can come from sources, other than Employment
- Credit/Background/References Check Fee: $40: Would your last 2 housing providers rent to you again?
- No Pets or Smoking Allowed
