I am female w 2 small dogs — elderly chihuahua and 10yr old puggle. Prefer male or a male couple is fine too. Cozy house , large w a yard, if two roommates I can lower rent, but one roommate = more privacy. I. I am ok w a pet too! I work full time and lots of privacy for tenant. I prefer to rent to one male or a male couple. No drama and great environment.! I can add more pics later. Serious tenant only. The cost coincides with the house and privacy and yard and u can bring if u like. I am open to make tenant comfy.
