Looking for a single, LGBT friendly person (any gender/sexuality is ok!) to share a year lease on a 2-bed, 2 bath apartment in The Lofts at Brentwood just off Bell Road. You’d have your own sizeable, unfurnished bedroom and bathroom. It’s a chill neighborhood and super convenient location! Just minutes away from Walmart, tons of fast foods, and the highway (you can be downtown or at Vandy in 20 minutes). It’s 825 flat for rent and internet/utilities, and I’ll cover the application fee/pet fees if you have any (I’ll have a dog by then but we’d be allowed one more pet)

I’m a single guy who’s friendly but more on the introverted side. I work nights for Amazon (Sun.-Wed., 6PM-4:30AM, sometimes on Thursdays too), don’t drink or smoke, and am clean and neat. I’m not a stickler for hard rules or mandatory chores- as long as you clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and don’t have people over all the time, we’ll get along fine!
