This spacious apartment unit in Marina Del Rey has a symmetrical design with even square footage between both master bedrooms. Each room have their own walk in closet and private bathroom with all major appliances included such as refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. Best of all, the apartment is just a short 10 minute walk to the beach.

To be clear, the vacant room is unfurnished and as for now only accepting a single tenant and preferably is not for a short-term rental. Anybody interested who has their own furniture will be given priority. Please no pets or kids.

The surrounding area is a mix of older, younger, and families in this astute neighborhood. The prices around are a bit high for Los Angeles because of how nice things are kept here as well as the close proximity to the beach. In other words, the amenities are nice and you can walk to the beach from here.
