Washer and dryer on first floor. driveway parking- no overnight street parking. Deposit is 665$ plus first months rent. Utilities are separate and will be split 4 ways.

3 working professional steady 9-5 jobs so house is pretty quiet in the evenings. 1 female and 2 male live here. Very laid back/calm household. We are not big on partying or having people over often. No drugs of any kind. Household chores and some cleaning supplies will also be shared. We are looking for a roommate who is quiet, clean, considerate and easy going. **Must be willing to stay for more than one year.
