Fulton Court

I am a 29 year old male, pursuing my graduate degree at Rutgers. I am very laid-back and easy-going. I have a very busy schedule, so I am not home for most of the day. The location is in Renaissance Station which is a nice little family-oriented community in New Brunswick. This townhouse was recently redone with new floors, appliances, and brand new furniture, so overall the place is much nicer than a lot of rooms for rent in the area.

The first floor The living room has a very modern look with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, a big L-shaped couch (great for having friends over), and a huge 67’’ Sony 4K TV. There is a small half-bath and a small dining room area with a marble table and marble server. The kitchen has new appliances, a sliding back door (to a private patio area / gas grill), and a mounted 32’’ flat screen tv.

Upstairs Your bedroom: 10x10 feet, painted blue, large two-door closet, carpet flooring, a window overlooking the neighborhood, conveniently right next to laundry room Full-bathroom: Shared Laundry Room: Conveniently on the same floor as the bedrooms. Foyer area: Overlooks the living room My bedroom.

Amenities You are only responsible to split the gas and electric bill with me, the following is included: Water Central Air Wifi ADT alarm system services (accessible via smartphone) Keypad for keyless entry to front door Cleaning services come once a month (its up to you if you want them to clean your room) Shoveling/Lawncare Service Community parking spaces (You will never have trouble finding a spot just outside the house)

Other The house is close to rt 1, rt 18, Trader Joe’s, a gym, Starbucks, College ave, tons of take-out places, and down-town. Most of these places are a 5-10 minute bike ride. (bike storage available) I have a small cat, but she is hypoallergenic, so most people (including myself) with allergies are not allergic to her. The house is very clean and doesn’t smell like a cat
